M2 stylus with 0.3 mm diameter carbide cylinder. 3.0 mm diameter x 7.0 mm long stainless steel base. Stylus length to ball center is 10.0 mm. Stylus weight is 0.28 gram. Compare to Renishaw A-5003-1208. Cylinder styli are used for edge probing, for example, the edges of stampings, or sheet metal. They are not suitable for high accuracy work because their form is not as precise as a sphere. Please contact Q-Mark for answers about using cylinder styli.
