Q-Mark’s Shipping Policies
We recognize your need for fast delivery. We offer same-day shipping on orders received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time. Most other orders ship within one business day of order. If you need your item(s) delivered quickly, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and most U.S. holidays.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped. We pride ourselves on having the fastest order processing time in the industry. If there is any delay in processing your order, our team will notify you right away.
Same-Day Shipping
Online orders received by 12:00 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders received later than noon may be delayed one business day. Please note: Unexpected demand may also cause delays. Should this occur, we'll contact you for instructions.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free UPS Ground shipping is standard on all online orders delivered within the U.S.A.. You’ll be notified via email with a tracking number when your order ships.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free onsite pickup at 30051 Comercio, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688, USA. After placing your order and selecting “pickup” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Pickup hours are 8:00 am - 3:30 pm PT weekdays, except on most holidays.
International Shipping
We ship to nearly all countries. International shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
When the shipment reaches your country, it may be subject to additional charges, including, but not limited to, duties, fees, and taxes, including VAT. You are solely responsible for payment of additional charges.
How Can I Check The Status Of My Shipment?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that can be used to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Post Office (P.O.) Boxes
We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
For online orders:
- To return items ordered online, please call us at 1-949-457-1913 or email customercare@cmms.com. A customer service representative will email a return label to you. Please package the items carefully and place the return label on the outside of the container. When the items are received by Q-Mark, you’ll receive a full refund to the original form of payment. If the returned item is covered by our no-hassle warranty, a new one will be shipped to you at no charge. Non-warranty returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot exchange items that were purchased online. Instead, please place a new online order for the items you want, and return the unwanted items to us for a full refund.
For orders placed by email, phone or fax:
- To return items, call us at 1-949-457-1913 or email customercare@cmms.com. A customer service representative will email you an RMA number and a product return form. Please package the items carefully, then ship them and the completed form to:

- Once received and inspected, a refund or account credit will be issued to the original form of payment. If the returned item is covered by our no-hassle warranty, a new one will be shipped to you at no charge.
