Q-Mark Manufacturing Inc. is rooted in Southern California's proud manufacturing tradition history. Q-Mark’s president and founder, Mark Osterstock, apprenticed in precision metalworking as a teenager in his father's twelve-man tool and die shop in Inglewood, California.
His father, Tom Osterstock, was a legend of a guy who could answer practically any question (sort of a human Google). He treated others generously, invested locally and lived by the manufacturer's credo: "Better to do it right the first time." His word was his bond and he helped a lot of people that he met. Thanks to Tom's tutelage in that modest machine shop, Mark learned to make dies that cut everything from Mattel’s Barbie Doll eyelashes to Apollo space capsule components.
Today, Q-Mark Manufacturing proudly manufactures probe styli in its world-class Southern California facility and serves manufacturers around the globe. Q-Mark products are proudly made right the first time in the USA.
