Q-Mark offers calibration spheres in various diameters to suit your specific needs. The ideal sphere diameter depends on the size of the stylus you are qualifying.
Here’s what we recommend:
- For styli less than 1.0 mm diameter, use an 8.0 mm calibration sphere.
- For styli between 1.0 mm and 2.0 mm diameter, use a 15.0 mm calibration sphere.
- For styli greater than 2.0 mm diameter, use a 20.0 - 30.0 mm calibration sphere.
