- Eligibility:
This contest ("Contest") is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouses and parents/children of employees) are not eligible to enter or win.
- Entry Period:
The Contest will begin at 9:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on September 9, 2024, and will end at 5:00 PM CT on September 13, 2024 ("Entry Period"). There will be no entries accepted on September 14th, 2024.
- How to Enter:
To enter the Contest, individuals must visit the Q-Mark Manufacturing booth at the IMTS 2024 tradeshow in Chicago, Illinois during the Entry Period and scan their official IMTS tradeshow badge using the designated scanner. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received each day during the Entry Period. Winners will be drawn daily at 5:00 PM CT. Winners will be notified by text message, phone call or email to the contact information provided on the scan badge. Winners will have one (1) day to respond to the notification and claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the one-day timeframe, another winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
- Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected each day during the Entry Period (September 9th - September 13th, 2024) to win a red YETI Tundra 35 cooler with an approximate retail value of $275.00 USD. The prize is provided by Q-Mark Manufacturing, Inc. and is not affiliated with YETI. YETI is a registered trademark of YETI Coolers, LLC. The prize will be shipped to the winner's address at a later date following the conclusion of the tradeshow.
- General Conditions:
By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest is void where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these Official Rules or is otherwise determined to be unfair, inappropriate, or offensive. Winners may be required to complete and sign a W-9 form and/or other tax documentation as required by law.
- Release and Indemnification:
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) entrant's participation in the Contest; (b) any breach of these Official Rules by entrant; or (c) the acceptance or use of any prize.

This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
