Business Account & Registration

  • How do I register for a business account?

Head over to our registration page and fill out the form with your business information. During registration, you'll be prompted to create a login and password for your business account.

  • How long does it take to get my business account approved?

Our team typically reviews applications within one to two business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved or if any further information is required.

  • What information do I need to provide for business account approval?

During registration, you'll be asked for your name, email, company name, company website, contact information, accounts payable contact information and UPS account number (optional).

Yes, once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order history by logging into your business account.

  • Are the products in stock? 

If the product is online, it’s in-stock and ready to ship to you. We make our products in our California facility so there’s no waiting for stock.
